I am a passionate physics geek and computer scientist. I currently work as a Principal Engineer with a focus in distributed systems and scaling data platforms. My professional career spans both research and development in automation and control systems, medical devices, robotics, semiconductor manufacturing, and machine learning (AI). Prior to my physics and computer engineering career, I served in the US Air Force specializing in electrical systems and power distribution. I am an avid reader, enjoys chess, and plays too many video games.
